We offer a six week Level 2 NVQ module in Peer Research Skills. This OCN accredited training course will skill you up to take on your own peer research project and you’ll get a recognised qualification at the end.
Peer research is a way of designing and delivering a research project with the people who would usually be the subjects of research.
Peer researchers can understand evidence in a far deeper way than people with no experience of the subject.
Fulfilling Lives runs a Peer Research Network. The network is made up of people who have been on the training and help with research projects tackling issues such as:
We offer a free training course spread over six weeks in peer research skills. By the end, you’ll have achieved a Level 2 NVQ module in Peer Research Skills.
This OCN accredited training course will skill you up to take on your own peer research project and you’ll get a recognised qualification at the end of the six half-day sessions.
After the training, you can join our Peer Research Network, where you’ll either work on a project of your own design with our full support. Or you can join a project we already have running with the organisations we are working alongside. You will need to commit regular weekly time to the project, which could be around three to six months.
