What sort of support can the EBE Network offer?

Our EBE Network harnesses the power of our members’ lived experience and using our expertise will work with you and your service to help improve your service offer.

What does that look like in practice?

Examples of projects our EBE Network can support include:

• Co-designing a new initiative or service
• Delivering presentations at events and team meetings to raise awareness of co-production and what it can achieve
• Supporting organisational recruitment processes
• Designing and delivering training for your staff
• Attending an event or conference to promote the importance of lived experience
• Gaining insight into how well your service involves people with lived experience through peer research .

Interested?

Our EBE Network offers free support to services that are based in Newcastle and/or Gateshead, although if you are outside of the area and interested in co-production we are happy to share ideas and learning if you want to get in touch.

What would we need from you?

To work together successfully, we ask that you:

• Are committed to the principles of co-production (you may want to attend our Co-Production in Practice training course to learn more about this – click here to see future training dates)
• Work with us to agree a plan for how we’ll work together
• Tell us what you did and complete an evaluation form afterwards
• Agree to feature in promotional materials about the work of the EBE Network (unless you have a specific reason why this wouldn’t be appropriate).
